Role / Motion Designer

A large-scale commission for Leica, created for CONEXPO in Las Vegas. Using 3D projection mapping in Cinema 4D alongside a range of visual techniques, I developed a composition that transformed Leica's land excavating technologies into an immersive, exhibition-ready experience.

The final composition as displayed at CONEXPO, Las Vegas — a seamless blend of 3D projection mapping and 2D compositing, built to command attention on one of the construction industry's most prominent global stages.

Process and compositing breakdown

Each scene was built using a combination of Cinema 4D and After Effects — layering 3D construction and 2D compositing techniques to create a final composition with depth, precision, and visual impact.

3D mapping example

Photography was projected onto 3D geometry, allowing for the 3D movement of a virtual camera.
